Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No! We don't require a minimum order for most products. While our pricing is based on quantities of 10 or more, we're happy to accommodate smaller orders so individuals, teams, and startups can order exactly what they need.
Are your fabrics chemical and bleach resistant?
Yes. All of our premium fabric options are chemical and bleach resistant, helping your uniforms maintain their appearance through regular use. While highly durable, they are not completely chemical or bleach proof.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Complete our Design Request Form with your project details, artwork, and requirements. This gives our team everything needed to begin creating your custom apparel.
A $100 design deposit is required before artwork begins. This deposit is applied toward your first order and is non-refundable if the order is not completed.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive shipping notifications and tracking information from our courier. If you'd like an update before shipping, simply contact us and we'll do our best to respond within 24 hours.
Can I request a refund?
We’re sorry, but we’re unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. If you have a concern about your order, please contact our team as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to review your situation and discuss the available options with you.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Absolutely! Our design team would be happy to help bring your ideas to life. We can create a completely custom graphic for your jersey or apparel based on your vision, brand, colors, and preferred style.
Simply share your requirements and any inspiration or reference materials with us, and we'll review them with you before preparing the design. We'll confirm the scope, timeline, and any applicable design fees in advance so everything is clear before work begins.
What is a vector file?
A vector file is a high-quality graphic that can be resized without losing clarity. Unlike standard image files, vector artwork remains crisp at any size and allows for accurate color matching during production.
Common vector formats include:
- AI
- EPS
- PDF (vector)
If you don't have a vector version of your logo, we can recreate it starting at $40 (pricing based on approximately two hours of artwork).
What if I already have a design?
Great! Send us your artwork and we'll prepare it for production. If you provide a vector file, we can typically use it right away. If the design needs to be recreated, artwork fees will be quoted before any work begins.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Absolutely. If none of our existing designs match your vision, our design team can create something entirely unique for you.
Custom design services start at $200. If additional work is required beyond the standard design package, we'll provide an updated quote for approval before proceeding.
How do I choose the correct size?
Our sizing follows standard industry measurements in inches. We recommend measuring a shirt or jersey that fits you well and comparing those measurements with our size chart.
Custom sizing options may also be available upon request.
